From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made very welcome. The room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was spot on and the hosts Allan & Lesley were more than just hosts. We will definitely be going back next time we go to Skegness. Excellent value for money.Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here for long weekend and wasn't impressed we found room very basic nowhere to sit comfortably just on the bed room was very dusty found old recipts under the bed breakfast had no choice beyond the cooked breakfast just cereals and if you were quick enough a small youguart only 4 put out for 8 guests outside area was untidyRooms: 1/5

Me and My partner Gary are staying at Clarence House Now we've been here for a week now .. it's been lovely staying here. our room is very clean and spacious the bed is comfy and the views from our window is lovely..The breakfast is great we always feel full afterwards..Alan and Lesley have made us feel welcome and they are really nice people..we would definitely recommend Clarence House And we would come here again x
Our experience was great, the room was clean, warm and cozy. The view was beautiful from the room. The owners were so friendly. If I will go to Skegness again, I will come back to Clarence House again :.
Stayed here at the Clarence in the beginning of August. Everything was excellent. Location appx. 200 yards from the Tower, overlooking some beautiful mini lakes. Quiet and relaxed. Room, a ground floor single, was spotless as was the en suite which was excellent. Breakfast was speedy and the soft boiled eggs not that easy to make! were spot on! Considering the price I paid for 5 days I don't see any point in staying anywhere else!
Lovely room. Very clean and tidy. Kettle and tea/coffee in room. Very good for price esp peak time/Easter hols. People lovely and helpful. Would recommend to anyone for nice stay at b&b.
Clarence House, Allan and Lesley the proprietors of the B and B create a lovely service in a difficult time. They have adapted greatly to the latest risk assessments put in to place. It is warm place to stay with outstanding cleanliness and superior rooms. Highly recommended for a short or long stay. Amenities on your door step
