Living in a rented house with old carpets was not pleasant and in the end asked Chris to come and measure more or less the whole bungalow, very impressed with the price, the service and of course the carpet fitters who were great, very professional and gave me a years guarantee on their fitting. They did also help us move the only 2 big pieces of furniture around that could not be removed prior to the removal of the old carpets. I wish I had had done it a long time ago. Its unusual to get such good prices and service and Chris does know everything there is to know about every type of flooring and as the other reviewer said he will point you towards the best type for your needs even if it is cheaper. A 5 star experience.

Very well presented store, absolutely loads to choose from. Alexanders Carpeted from the stairs upwards and fitted click luxury vinyl tiles for the whole of the downstairs. Fitting is faultless and they hold a lot of experience. Chris in the store is very knowledgable. Will always use Alexanders in future. J Goodwin.

Chris (the owner) has an invaluable knowledge of all floor coverings and can help you make a choice that suits your budget. 100% excellent service and have had Alexandra Carpets fit as we redecorate and modernise each room. You won't be disappointed.

Visited this showroom on a Sunday. Spoke with the owner (Chris) who was very knowledgable and after listening to what i wanted he referred me to a cheaper carpet than i had chosen and explained to me although this is slightly cheaper it is in fact a tougher more durable carpet that matched my requirements. They saved me money in the short term and the long term. We are both in our late 60s and was given uplift and disposal free of charge also. I highly recommend this store as they are very in touch with reality and understood our needs, Thankyou, Mavis and Roger Stuart.

This Company has great advice and product knowledge. Carpeted my whole house and my friends house and did a fantastic job. Shop looks amazing and it sells a large variety from really cheap to top end. Highley reccomend Alexanders to everyone.
