Booked a pick up and return to a friends party. Service was great, arrived at the pre-booked times. Would happily use again.
The journey to the slightly out-of-town wedding venue was great - prompt and polite -but the cab that I pre-booked to take us back to Dorking was late, with no notice or apology. When I called to ask where it was, all I got was bad tempered rudeness. They gave us £5 off the fare but it didn't make up for the grief the operator gave me and then my husband. Not good.
Was quoted £25-£26 from Capel to Epsom by man in office who had poor English but driver turned up with a meter which was at £30 whilst still on bypass! Driver was very polite and said the firm had been taken over recently. I said I had been told £25-£26 otherwise I would have left earlier and got train. Meter was at £43 by the time we got to EPSOM. I gave him £30 and said I would never use them again. I felt I had been ripped off.
Booked once, they turned up late and so I missed my train. Booked a second time to catch the next train and guess what... They turned up late again! Needless to say I missed the next train and my hospital appointment! The gentlemen on the phone didn't apologise and then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. Appalling service and I would never use them again!
Always reliable and professional. My family have used them for years and would always recommend.
Booked a 04:30 cab to Gatwick for holiday. Sent a clueless driver who couldn't find where I lived, could barely speak English and had no Satnav initially. After about 8 calls and a lot of stress we got going. He had no phone holder so kept looking at it, placed between his legs on the seat. Kept asking me directions! He couldn't drive for toffee, was unsafe at speed and got mild road rage. You get what you pay for. Mole Valley Taxi ride back today was a pleasure
Rescued me when I had a mechanical failure on my bike at Leith Hill, gave a good recommendation for a local bike Shop which meant I didn't have to give up and take the train back and all-in-all not too badly priced.
DO NOT USE! Worst taxi company I’ve ever experienced. Wouldn’t tell us how much a fair was. Demanded cash and then charged us £115 because of traffic.
Great service, friendly drivers and reasonably priced.
