My mother-in-law is in Clayton Manor they I have been speaking to staff they keep telling me they are understaffed my mother-in-law does not get her pad changed for 6 hours she is soaking wet all the time. She does not get her breakfast till 11 some day and senior staff do not help just sit at a desk do not help out

When visiting my mother I always get a warm welcome from staff, the house is always clean. My mother couldn't be better looked after.
