I joined the practice a little over a year ago on the strength of these reviews after some bad experiences at a previous practice that made me anxious about my dental treatment. Since my initial consultation my mind has been put at ease and I've been extremely happy with the level of service that I've received. I have had treatment from Harriet and Brandy and both have provided an exceptional level of service, starting with the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision about my teeth, right through to delivering the treatment itself. All other staff that I have met at the practice have also been very friendly and helpful and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this dental practice.
A huge thank you to Brandy and her lovely assistant too for giving my teeth and gums the best clean they have ever had! As a nervous patient, she made me feel relaxed, at ease and in safe hands! Her knowledge, care and attention to detail were fantastic and she spent time guiding me through toothbrush heads and interdental brushes and advising on how to keep my mouth happy and healthy!
The staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I had my best ever hygiene visit with Brandy today. Very gentle yet thorough and demonstrated the most effective way of teeth brushing. Sounds obvious but I was brushing my teeth incorrectly! Needless to say, I've come away one very happy customer with a big smile! Thank you
Thank goodness i found a really professional team of people who are looking after me with my treatment. Having great complexity's and regular visits i can't thank you enough for all your hard work and professionalism. You know who you are too many to name everyone so thank you so much for everything you've done up to now and I can't wait to see the end results.
I joined bupa dental care in Congleton recently and couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Dentist Anthony and hygienist Karen were both so friendly and caring. I didn’t have any discomfort during my appointments and they were both extremely attentive. All the other staff here are so lovely and efficient, as well. I highly recommend this practice!
Recently had an appointment with Harriet for my 13 year old daughters first extraction, the level of care given was second to none. Myself and my daughter were put at ease straight away with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. My daughters experience was very positive and she has no hesitation in any future treatment that maybe needed, because of the trust she now has in the very friendly, professional staff. Excellent service and treatment by all staff.
It was my first time visiting a dentist in many years for an emergency appointment. The people were all fantastic and so friendly. I was etremely nervous, but the dentist explained everything really well which helped to calm me down, the assistant was also constantly giving me moral support. Overall I was extremely happy with the service.
Excellent dental practise! I am an anxious patient due to previous dental experience at a different practise. I think her name was Brandy the hygienist, the best hygienist I have ever had! For the first time in years I’m not anxious for my next hygienist appointment!

First time I have ever used this practice and it is outstanding. I saw the dental hygienist Sharon Ross and it is the best service I have ever received. She was extremely informative and my teeth are the cleanest they have ever been. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
