Lovely hotel. More like a castle. Only reason not 5 stars is the 45 min wait for my dinner. It was just fish and chips. But in saying that was some of the nicest I have ever had. But a little too long to wait. Rooms are huge. Two separate rooms with a shared bathroom. Staff are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Had a very enjoyable stay, great for kiddies, lovely VIP bag given. Pool was great for tiring them out. Rooms were a good size and loved the fact we had 2 rooms (1 for kids and 1 for adults), made it feel like we were on a holiday. Bar food lovely however wouldn't be keen on food in the restaurant. One of the staff said yes to everything, no problem, but wasn't listening and everything came out wrong. Another staff rectified which was fine. Ice cream cart wasn't open anytime we went to it and was closed all day on the Saturday, kids dissapointed.Would recommend to friends and family and have already.

Stayed for two nights. It is a very busy but well run the staff are very good at their jobs. Was there with the family a 3 year old and a 9 year old. Have to say i was surprised at the size of.the room we got, it was the biggest room i ever seen as a family room which was great. Would highly recommend great experience thank you.

Great place to stay with kids. The rooms are big, well equipped and not too expensive. There's a swimming pool and a paddling (and also sauna, jaccuzi and hot steam). There's a place for the kids to play with toys, coloring ... and they can mind them from 4pm to 8pm. There are 2 reasonably priced restaurants with children's menu with good choice (and they are flexible, we switched chips for vegetables or pasta). The staff is friendly. Only issue, the breakfast is full price for the kids !

We stayed in one of the large family suites which was great for our family of 4. The rooms have a fresh, modern decor and were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and deliciously warm even though it was snowing outside. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and the variety and quality of choice was second to none. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay and very pleasant to deal with. Noel, in particular, saved the day when we left our son's much loved toy behind us in the room after our departure and he ensured it was reunited with us! Many thanks Noel. We look forward to staying again soon. .
