We were looking for a casual restaurant in Sligo town where I could eat, as I need to eat gluten free. Hooked is trendy and comfortable with a very quirky interior. The service was lovely and the food was delicious, especially the pork belly. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for dinner.
Nice restaurant. I had fish and chips and the portion of fish was quite big.nFriendly staff. Very intereting decor and style. It was plenty of everything.
I recently visited Hooked in Sligo County, anticipating a seafood-centric menu given the name. However, I found that the menu is predominantly focused on burgers and meat dishes, with only two seafood options. The food was okay, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. If you’re a seafood enthusiast, this might not be the best choice, but the burgers are decent if that’s what you’re after.
Dedicated fryer for fish and chips, gotta have them! Staff is attentive and pleasant, the food is delicious and the drinks are delightful! Cute walk by the water, and fun atmosphere was created with the decorations and music. A great place to have a meal.
When we just entered inside i love the environment and the decorations inside. The service was little slow besides everything was good. We do have a lovely time. Among the dises we order bang bang chicken was good and fish and chips was also good but the pork dish eggs benedict chick’s style was a little bit off and the meat tested like it was stored for decades. All over its was good. Good luck
