I can only review the quality of the food as it was delivered to my home. First order was June 2024 and was excellent, though I never review on the basis of one meal. Our second was delivered August 2024 and must say that it was consistent with the previous. The delivery was with us at the time requested. Great food and great service. Highly recommended.
Just had a take away from Clay Oven, the food was delicious, very good size portions, very tasty, service was very good considering how busy it was. Staff not appearing to be under pressure, which shows their professionalism. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.Food: 5/5
Just had an unbelievably good meal delivered. Everything so fresh and tasty. Delivery was bang on time quoted and we stay quite far from the shop. All in all, absolutely flawless. 10/10Food: 5/5
I am so angry at this restaurant. I usually order food and it’s delicious and to do so I use Uber eats etc as the restaurant unfortunately doesn’t deliver to our house despite being 12 minutes drive. I was phoned soon after placing my order to say my order would take an hour and a half and I asked to cancel and refund and I would go elsewhere as I am a shift worker and did not want to wait that long for my food. I was told by a female on the phone that they would hurry up the order it would arrive within the hour. I then phoned her back and said I would pick up the order if it made things easier to which I was told no, it’s easier for them to deliver. After waiting an hour and forty minutes the Uber eats driver turned up with someone else’s order and had delivered my order to somebody else so have waited two hours to end up with no food not his fault - he was probably stressed by the amount of orders they’ve taken to make as much money as possible with no regard for any of the customers waiting times. To actually lie to a customer to try and get their money is absolutely disgusting behaviour in my opinion, there was no way it was coming within an hour and to tell me not to collect it was also just bad on their part. I work long shifts and just wanted a nice treat on my weekend and it’s all been ruined thanks to the worst service I’ve experienced from a takeaway in my life. So let down and disappointed by this.
Ordered a home delivery through just eat never delivered got a call to phone restaurant re driver unable to find location which is only a mile away they had house no and phone number and postcode tried phoning six times no answer sent messages no reply quick to take the money not so quick to return it contacted just eat who stated their info shows food was delivered unbelievable customer service
Over 1h 40m for a delivery. Sorry I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s not the first time. You’ve been saying you’re trying to improve this for years.. just employ more drivers!

Best meal ive had in a long while . Been meaning to try this place for ages and had a few recommendations from work mates . Had a few issues trying to order online ,so just ordered at the shop. Food was great .will definatley be back
