Very disappointing. I'd tried BRG burgers in the city centre and thought they were excellent, so I decided to try one in Giffnock. The food was terrible—the burgers were dry, there was no sauce, and there was no flavour at all. A double burger for £9 is a complete rip-off. The fries were extremely small in size and had no taste at all. I'm unhappy because I paid £25 for that and it was not worth it. Not coming back.
Probably my favourite restaurant. Some meat is Halal and they have gluten free too. Took the family there and they were impressed. Very good service and staff. Nice inside too
Juicy burgers and decent milkshake. I noticed the prices on Deliveroo/Uber Eats are waaay more expensive. So just come to the venue and order from the waitress, although be prepared for 20 mins wait on busy times.
Very simple place, nothing special, not bad burger and chips. They don't serve wine, I would say more suitable for young people than families or night out out.
Just bought these chicken wings from BRGR in Giffnock. They are the most disgusting wings I have seen in my life. They were meant to be dinner for a 5 year old who took one look and was nearly sick. I was told over the phone these are the new wings they are using and also they aren’t burnt. There are big chunks of charcoal on top pictures don’t lie. I am sure they are actually a health hazard aswell. We usually love this place aswell wow what a decline. I wonder if I should keep the wings and pass on to environmental health.
Poor portion size and false advertising food does not look anything like advertising. Customer service is non existent. They do not answer complaint emails and block you from social media when you leave a bad review. Below is a measley burger which alone cost £7!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR CUSTOM

Love this place. Can't go wrong for a decent freshly cooked chicken burger for £4! And it even tastes bangin!
This little place was fantastic. Not only was the food very quick at arriving, it was delicious and very decently priced. Hats off to the staff. In this day of social distancing, it is now more important than ever that we try and look after each other. The staff were on form, constantly reminding new arrivals to remain at the door until seated. All food arrived untouched by the servers and in cases that we were able to grab ourselves off of the tray. Thank you for an excellent lunch. Hoping to be back soon!
