Katy is so friendly , positive and extremely knowledgeable and competent. She put me at ease throughout my treatment for the trapped nerve in my neck . Katy guided me throughout the treatment and advised on exercises to manage my condition and maintenance to ensure progressive recovery and ensuring no Reoccurrence in the future . I would most certainly recommend her .
My physio was Katy. She was delightful. Gave me great confidence that I could sort my knee problem, which I did after a few visits to her and carrying out her instructions. She was extremely welcoming and competent. Visits were very enjoyable.
Knowledgeable and personable team. I was returned to normal after a lower back issue. Having seen dozens of physiotherapists and kinesiologists over a couple of decades this team rates highly. As ever it's down to you to keep up with the rehab exercises, but I felt I was well looked after and didn't just go through standard tick box but delved into the root cause of the issues. Highly professional team, felt very comfortable too.

My physio was Katy. She was very friendly and professional in guiding me through the process and I'd have no hesitation in recommending.
I came in with an injured foot and was presenting lots of confusing symtoms. My examination was thorough and I was given a possible cause. I was able to continue in the gym with some revised exercises and advice on how to treat my foot. Following the physio advice I am now pain free and carefully getting back into fitness. Very pleased
Katy was very professional and helpful. After 2 sessions my back pain has gone! Highly recommend
I am so grateful to Tara at Touchline physio who has held my hand so to speak through a frozen shoulder, hip replacement and random strains. I can not recommend highly enough.
Katy is friendly and welcoming, she did wonders in fixing my tennis elbow. Would highly recommend.
