Ordered bespoke cabinet in August, was told it takes 10-12 weeks to deliver.  Now coming to 16th week, and I have to constantly check with them and they come up with unacceptable answers why my cabinet was delayed.  it was ready now for a month but they are hoping to wait for another order (not mine) in order to deliver it together back to the shop and arrange delivery to me.  Have tried many times but we are still getting the middle of nowhere.  Half of the money are paid.  It is such a shame as I will recommend anyone with their work and items they sold, but I will not now due to poor and unreasonable customer service.
