Got a few school shoes from here they were lovely. The only thing that got me upset during this visit was a young girl looking after was not to sure on the correct sizes they had in store and it had to take me a few times to ask her to go look if they had any in the back or near the till but besides this it hasn't put me off buying from them again I like the store and normally enjoy going there with my family must have been a very hetic day for there store .
The staff was absolutely outstanding. They were very helpful. And when They didn't have the shoe we wanted in store. They took my number and found every possible way of getting the shoe in. Few hours later the phoned us after sorting it. They was very good with the kids. And loving towards the dog we had outside. Could not of asked for better service.
I personally don't rate Clark's, there were no bargains to speak of. Not prepared to pay over £40 for a pair of plain black flat shoes, and that was the reduced price! All very much of a muchness.
very sparce stock on shelves, a bit expensive for an outlet but I got an offer, buy one pair of shoes and get one pair half price. very poor for kiddies shoes but they do have a measuring service, not much good if they dont have the stock in the size the kiddie measured
If Clark's shoes are your thing then this place is worth a visit. The choice is larger than some of their high street stores but in slightly less premium surroundings. Some items are old stock/last season but others are still being sold at higher prices in their high street stores. There are sometimes some real bargains to be had.
Back to school shoe shopping is the most stressful thing in the world. Stressed parents everywhere, kids running round, people disappearing when their kids shoe fitting turn is called. It took a small mortgage but three pairs of kids school shoes bought and I'm home free for a year. Avoid until third week of September for a peaceful trip.
Called in Friday 8th February as was in the area.Considering this is an outlet store I thought the goods were expensive.We walked all around the store . You obviously pay for the Clarks name as there are similar outlets in Freeport with goods at just as good a quality but cheaper.Won,t be going back!The outlets at MacArthur Glen,and exscape have a lot more choices and are a lot bigger ie a lot more retail outlets of all descriptions.
Great place for little ones to have their feet measured. Great choice of shoes for everyone and stock lots of sizes and as it's an outlet you get them at reasonable prices what's not to like!
Assistants far too busy chatting amongst themselves to be of any assistance. Finally tore themselves away from their conversation to deal with a friend or relative totally ignoring customers who had children waiting to be measured. Three assistants dealing with one customer while four customers waited. All four families walked out in disgust. Maybe if Clarks sacked the current excuse for staff they may get people who would provide a service ............ and shops have the nerve to blame the internet or Brexit for the demise of high street shops!!!
Not all disabilities are visible so expecting a child to do what you want them to do isnt always feasible think the childs tears might have been a clue
