Brilliant service with my 3 year old Grandson today, the assistant (sorry didn't get her name, blonde lady) even measured teddy's feet bless her!

Took my 2 year old granddaughter to get her feet measured today. Picked two pairs of shoes they only had one pair to choose from and when they were brought out and tried on they did not fit. Sorry just had her feet measured. The assistant said the shoe sizes vary. No they should not that's why I come to clarks. Next thing she said was because it's children going back to school they are solely concentrating on these children, so if you come back in October we may have smaller children's shoes then. So in the meantime my granddaughter would have to go without shoes. I asked about other Clarkes shoes and she said doubt if they would have any in as it all school children's at the moment. Really makes you want to shop at Clarkes.

Men's section was piss poor. Total disappointment...but I've had enough of that in my life 😔
