Brilliant service. I bought the wrong size shoes and happened to be passing the following day. I tried the correct pair on and my shoes were kept for the following Monday. Really happy that the exchange was so seamless.

Brilliant service as usual. Tj is always brilliant with both of the children and attentive. Doesn't just size you so they need new shoes - very honest and knowledgeable.

Pushy sales on kids shoes. They always bring out the most expensive and then put words in your kids heads as to how good they are without mentioning price. Of course the £45 shoes are more comfy than the 30 quid ones but not everyone is made of money and you never selected the expensive ones to be an option to start with. I expect all the staff have there holidays in the Bahamas come October once the school shoe sales are over.

High sales pressure.. feel like you have to purchase. Ask for 1 pair of shoes they come out with 3 different pairs and wait for you to ask where the pair you asked for were which you get told are 'out of stock'
