Staff very friendly, help us to get our son's first pair of shoes

Avoid, rude staff! As soon as I came into the shop with my teenage daughter, staff immediately "jumped on me" with a rather direct and unwelcome demeanour and said "Can I help?". I said no thank you, that I was just having a look and then a lady went on to hover around me as in watching me, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. When I said to her that I was feeling intimidated by her presence she said "I work here love, and I am allowed to stand where I want". What a joke customer experience! I'm taking my custom elsewhere!

Saw a pair of Clarks shoes I love but haven't seen at the stores nearer to myself of late so I snatched a pair up in the Wokingham store! Lovely young lady helped me. Was basically in and out cause I knew what I wanted.
