We regularly visit Clarks in Wokingham to buy shoes for our young son. Ryan is absolutely fantastic with our boy and always gives us honest advice, even if it's to wait a few weeks before buying the next pair. Ryan is an asset to the company and we can only see us returning indefinitely as long as he is still working there!! :D. . Thank you Ryan!
Very disappointed today of the customer service. Helped by a young lady who wasn’t making me feel very welcomed in the store. Not very polite, the very minimum and didn’t say bye. I came to pick up some shoes and she couldn’t find them. Actually they were behind the counter, she just finally gave them to me after exchanges she had with her colleague, I didn’t understand what was wrong. She didn’t apologise for the confusing situation and didn’t say bye. It is the second time I have poor customer service in this store. Very disappointed. I don’t get it, if you make your customers felling good and are polite, you will just make more sales!
Pretty poor service in the Wokingham store today. Two youngish ladies behind the till around 5pm today just interested in speaking to each other and very dismissive of customers approaching them. I actually was made to feel like I was interrupting them when asking for a size. There was a family clearly trying to get something for their mother and needing help but non was forthcoming for them either. Forget festive cheer, barely an acknowledgement today
Ordered my sons shoes online. He liked them but needed a bigger size. I returned them to my local store and asked for an exchange for a bigger size. From the beginning the sales advisor had attitude. She told me she had to refund me first then I could purchase the next size. I thought this weird as the policy states immediate refund or exchange with receipt of purchase. I challenged her to which she replied thats the way it is. I continued to refund then finding out I would gave to wait 2 days at least for my refund. I then had to pay again for another pair of shoes exactly the same just next size up. I queried it to the advisor standing next to her the whole time. She said she was surprised she didn't just exchange the shoes but she was new and maybe she didn't hear you. Seriously she heard the whole thing why didn't she say anything. Needless to say I've got my sons shoes but never again Clark's.
Was greeted by the Manager, who had a very professional manner helping me pick some school shoes for my son. Very polite and engaging conversation with my son. Thankyou for your service. back
Very poor. I was waiting to buy something but no shop assistant was around. Eventually, a couple of shop assistants came out on the floor. I asked to be served and said I had been waiting. She sighed, eventually served me, but it was clear she didn't want to! Disappointing service.
Excellent service from Jordan and Mollie. My grandson was very upset at having to have his feet measured. They showed so much patience and were very helpful in making it a positive experience for him. Thank you so much guys. Your professionalism is a credit to Clark’s.
Great customer service, truly. measured my kids feet the old way with the slide machine, so much more accurate, they did a really thorough job too. sadly they did not have the ones we wanted in stock but the attendant was so good with the kids that they picked their second choice without a whimper. Good to see Clarkes has not lost its touch in these modern times.
