Great staff, rectified issues with prior fitting seamlessly
Never very busy, so staff can be quite intrusive when you are just having a browse. As not many shoes are on display you have to view the shoes on an iPad which is not the same as seeing them in real life or picking them up, almost like online shopping. The shoes however, are good shoes.
Very good shopping experience at Clark's yesterday. We were served by Sue, who was friendly polite and not pushy, gave good honest advice. Highly recommend
Poor stock keeping While I love Clarks shoes this branch in Bath seems to be often out of stock of certain shoes whilst others in the wider area stock them. And then they wonder why people buy online.

Great service for my boyfriend and he was happy with his purchase.
It was an awful experience. OOT covid-19 nonsense and downstairs was way too hot, esp with masks etc. Best avoid.
Great customer service. Pleasure to shop there.
