I have used Clarke Willmott at Taunton for a few years now, mainly wills. I have always found them to be excellent. I suspect reviews on here are easy for disgruntled people, satisfied ones tend not to bother so the 'score' can be misleading. I would have no problem recommending them.

i needed some advice on a personal matter and spoke with Ben Tasker he was easy to talk to and really helpful, i would recommend  Clarke Willmott and in particular Ben. Thanks again.

My partner has left numerous messages to speak with an advisor as he can never get through. I've been present on all occasions of those messages left. No one has called him back and it was to discuss  the payment option as he has lost his job and now it is past the date needed. Not impressed  with the level of customer  service.

I've used Clarke Willmott for several years for various reasons. They've always dealt with any of my enquiries very efficiently and never have had never had a problem. I recently purchased a property and Margaret Vining was amazing. She was always at the other end of the phone when needed and made sure my purchase was smooth and thorough. I totally recommend Clarke Willmott and will continue to use them,

It is with regret that i give them 1 star. Having dealt with this company for over 20 years, last year i discovered they had messed up big time over land registry that had been paid for 22 years previously. I spent months finding out information as they said the property wasn't mine. I proved that it was, then they wanted to charge me for it again! I refused to pay and they finally after months agreed it was their mistake and footed the bill. If this hadnt been the case i could have been in the position of losing £400,000! I rang them 11 years ago to find out the cost of buying and selling my house and the young lady at the didn't have a clue. After so many years of being loyal to this company, I would not touch them unless forced. I have spoken to people I know and have found that they too have had similar experiences.
