I needed some timely legal advice. Unfortunately, they simply didn’t have anybody available for a week because the person I needed to speak with was on holiday. I had used Ashfords about twenty years ago for a similar issue and they appear to have downsized since then. At that point they were still located in town. I also had some terms and conditions produced for my business about fifteen years ago which I was completely happy with. I expected that solicitors would be an in demand profession, especially with the events of the last eighteen months. My more recent experience may simply have been bad timing. I would still feel comfortable recommending their services.
We used Ashfords for buying our first property. We underestimated the amount of work involved so are pleased we chose a reputable company to deal with everything. Martin has been very helpful, always responding to any queries pretty quickly. We would use them again for sure.
Best conveyancers I have ever used! From start to finish they went out of their way to ensure I was informed very promptly, paperwork was sent quickly and the whole experience was efficient and very friendly. Just how a solicitors should be and I would highly recommend them. Hope to see you soon for our purchase when we find the dream home!
Been waiting to exchange for over a month even though everything is ready, solicitor is representing our purchasers. Went on holiday and left a junior to deal with our exchange, apparently she couldn't exchange as she didn't like the colour of one of our plans.. Main solicitor back since Monday but still no exchange although she is aware it really should be this week.. If it doesn't exchange we could lose our purchase, oh Ashford are dealing with a chain of..... 2. I will never deal with this company again
Always found Beverley Keitch very professional on all of my business that she had to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, explained things in layman's terms so that I could understand what was going on. Previously dealt with my Mother Inlaws estate which was complicated but not for Beverley Keitch everything was soon finalized. Would recommend Ashfords to anyone. Other tean members I have dealt with is Jason Squires again cannot fault his work, both of them are a cridit to Ashfords
Went for a business meeting. We'll appointed offices, very modern with good meeting rooms.very friendly reception.
I used Ashfords for a commercial lease issue and I honestly couldn't rate them more highly. Mr M Gay and his team where brilliant quick and very professional I highly recommend them.
James charged through the roof, doesn't answer your calls and delay things. Then Bill's you double for the same thing. Recommend NEVER to use this lawyer or their firm.
I was doing my exams at Devon Doctors which is above Ashfords on the top floor. The building is really lovely and well maintained and the staff are really polite and friendly.
