Claire, Charlie, Olivia and the team took such good care of me, guiding me through the process of applying for my first mortgage and even providing advice where prudent on the process. It took the nerves out of the experience for me, and made it exciting and joyful - as becoming a first-time buyer should be! Couldn’t recommend C L Mortgages enough! The team are brilliant. Matt was our advisor and he was excellent. He was extremely patient with all my many as a first time buyer! queries and always responded to me very promptly, going above and beyond with his help and advice. At the time of application Matt was on holiday and Clare helped us instead. She was also incredible, talking the process through with both me and my partner on 2 long calls of about 50 mins each! Clare also went the extra mile explaining the mortgage offer in detail and answering questions I didn’t know I need answered. The process is stressful but C L Mortgages helped reduce this stress massively. Thanks also to Charlie and Olivia who we spoke to a couple of times along the way - it is so lovely to speak to such friendly helpful faces at such a stressful time. I would highly recommend!!

The team at CL mortgages provide an outstanding service. There were many occasions during our house purchase when we thought it would fall through, however the team at CL mortgages did their utmost to ensure this wouldn’t happen. Without them we wouldn’t have completed on the property. They go out of their way to ensure things are completed and their clients receive the highest level of service possible. I would never use another mortgage broker and will always recommend them to anyone needing a mortgage.
A truly first-class service from Matt and the whole team at CL Mortgages. We chose to use CL for a remortgage, which as small company directors is not a simple process... Matt communicated superbly throughout and his close relationship with the lender helped ensure our application was successful. Well worth the small fee and we will absolutely use them again for any future mortgage requirements.

I never thought I would be able to get onto the property ladder but thanks to CL Mortgages this was made a possibility! We can't thank the team enough for their guidance and support enough.
