City Paws Club have been above and beyond any expectations since we have been with them. The team is brilliant with keeping you up to date with timings, contact and generally through any questions you may have. We have had no issues at all, only outstanding service over the last 5/6 months since we started with City Paws Club. Our mini dachshund Pete absolutely loves the team and is always excited when he sees the members of the team, which is always great to see. We have even had some photo updates throughout the day and Pete always comes home ready for sleep! Highly recommended and can’t thank them enough.
I’m so happy with city paws grooming! They are so friendly and very professional. I am always show up without an appointment and they kindly look for the best solution. The dogs love that place because they treat them super well.
Our Golden Retriever, Muffin, has been going to City Paws daycare for a few months now. They are excellent across the board. The care from the handlers, communication leading up to and throughout the day and the friendly advice have been invaluable for us. They clearly care so much for the dogs that attend and Muffin always comes back so happy and exhausted after a long day of playing with the other dogs. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
Our dog Rupert has been going to City Paws for about 7 months and he absolutely loves it. It has been a lifesaver for us with a very active lab puppy while working from home. We love Darren who proactively messages photos, pickup times, and behavior updates. Rupert wakes up excited on City Paws day when Darren arrives for pickup. We couldn’t be happier or appreciate them more!
My lively Cocker Spaniel had a very pleasant experience at City Paws. It was her first groom in two and half years. I was very anxious she would not like it and be tricky customer. However, she seemed pleased as punch and had a perky spring in her step, and looked fantastic ! Thank you.
Leia loves getting groomed here, she always tries to pull us in when we walk past the shop. The groom still looks nice when it grows out and we have washed her fur at home pictures are 1-2 weeks of growth
I’m so relieved and happy that we’ve found City Paws Club for grooming my large, double-coated dog. They did a super job and Mikko looks beautiful. Thank you to Izzy and team for your skill and patience with him.
Our pup LOVES city paws club. He always comes back exhausted. I swear he shows way more enthusiasm when Ashleigh comes to the door than when I come home! To be fair, I’m always chuffed to see Ashleigh’s smiling face at our door too. He’s a total ray of sunshine. Thanks for looking after our hound.
Ibsen, our 6yo schnauzer has been coming to City Paws to have his hair done for some time. He leaves much handsomer owing to the perfect cut. Its always a friendly service from the City Paws team. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any shaggy coats in need of a trim
Christian and Isabelle at City Paws in Putney are truly magicians. I have a very nervous cockapoo named Burgus who HATES having her paws touched and robots which has made past grooms very difficult. Not at City Paws club though! She feels so comfortable around the team and they handle her funny personality so well - I couldn't be happier!!
