Extremely unhelpful and rude staff. They don't issue a receipt when you drop off any UPS parcels so they are left at your own risk with no guarantee they will actually send them. If you have a UPS parcel to send find another shop to drop it off at.
Very helpful and friendly staff, took a UPS parcel on a Sunday which another convenience store in Norwich refused. Will definitely use the UPS Access Point here again in future.
Have the new Liberty Flights Dot Kit, hope they get more flavours, good product at a great £5 only price for the whole kit, cheaper than any disposable!
Won't take Amazon return for UPS access point. Have used before for this with friendly service and no issues but won't be wasting my time coming here again .
