City Pharmacy is incredibly dedicated to prompt and professional, personalised service; the pharmacists often have my medication at the till from the time it takes me to cross the shop from the door. Though previously the prescription counter rockily adhered to its posted opening hours, the struggles locals have had due to this seem to have been appreciated and rectified. It's a bit more expensive than a chain pharmacy, but the attention to customer needs is far above & worth the price.
Got a bad burn after a facial wax. Early Saturday morning by was looking for treatment and found a lovely pharmacist in this location which was sympathetic and recommended aloe Vera and a antiseptic cream that is specific for burns. Thanks for the consultation!
This pharmacy is fantastic they always get medications in on time and I am never left in the lurch. I have since started going to them instead of Boots. Kind and efficient pharmacist & front desk staff.
Mostly great service here. And for an NHS one,is a rarity! Nice staff-friendly,and do their job. Nice people,other than alot of generic chemists out there. If any problems is at GP surgery end not relaying prescriptions,not chemists fault.

I spoke to 111 to get me some emergency medication for my mental health as I had none and I have been recently self harming, they forwarded the prescription to this pharmacy who refused my meds for no reason at all, saying that I haven’t had them before however they have been part of my repeat for almost 2 years. They are not serious and I suggest to anyone to fine somewhere else. The lack of professional behaviour is one of the many reasons I won’t go there again
I got my passport pictures done here. The picture was rejected due to the glare on my lips. I didn’t find this out until I was submitted the application. At the time of taking the picture they were confused about sizing/ what to put on the pictures. There should be guide left for employees working the passport pictures.
I used to use this store frequently collecting medication's for my partner on a monthly basis. One day I went into the store to buy a product to be asked by who I assume was the store manager did I have his £40 ! Upon asking what he meant , he told me th at the last time I was in there my friend stole items amounting to £40 and we was working as a team. Informing me had us both entering and leaving the store together. A total coincidence as I informed him .he was very rude insisting I was a thief as I persisted to tell him otherwise. Was very annoyed and felt like attacking him as I am not a petty thief and felt aggrieved. I remained calm and left the store. The one star I give is for the assistant that wears the Muslim headscarf. Who has always been very pleasant and helpfull any time that I was in the store. The manager needs to take a leaf out of her book and get some manner's and people skills.
