I was unfortunately the victim of a rear end collision, in which CCCC was my nearest approved Mazda repairer. I have always taken good care of any car that has been in my ownership, but I wasn't initially sure how a bodyshop would look after it in comparison, but I am very happy to say CCCC took outstanding care of my car before and after the repair. The team are honest and trustworthy and Reception/Admin was always welcoming to any request I made. The painters are extremely skilled, and all of the painted parts are as if they are from the factory. Colour match across the car is perfectly blended and I am unable to tell the difference at all, there are no runs, signs of contamination or even evidence of variation between factory orange peel and the respray orange peel. I cannot recommend this company enough, from the start until the finish they were fantastic, and I will definitely be returning should I require any form of bodywork again
Two failed attempts to centrally aligning the letters "POLO" after a hatch boot lid replacement on my 2020 VW Polo. Disingenuous comments made by the General Manager towards me suggesting I was trying to profiter because I asked to be paid for my costs and for attempting to deliberately find fault with the quality of workmanship when the letters where incorrectly positioned. Both of which where completely untrue. Ignored by the Managing Director when raising a complaint. Unwilling to accept responsibility for their poor workmanship and lack of attention to details. Unwilling to put things right. In the end I complained to Hasting Direct who upheld my complaint and have instructed me to find a more reputable body shop to put right the work carried out by City Centre Car Care. Unwilling to apologies for their mistakes. Beware, just because your insurance is cheap doesn't always mean you will get quality workmanship when you need to claim on your insurance policy. I certainly won't be using them again.
Absolutely amazing people. Gave car in as non fault insurance repair. They repaired abit of previous damage and the new damage on the same panel. Delivered my car in showroom condition. Thankyou guys. Absolutely gratefull for your hard work
Amazing repair to my 4 month old Golf R. New front bumper, front end respray. The car was prepped better for collection from City Centre Care Care than from the VW dealer I bought it new from. Stunning attention to detail.
I was unlucky to be hit by another car in a collision that wasn't my fault. What was lucky was that a friend suggested getting a quote from City Centre Car Care. I asked about cost and hire cars in my initial email. Soon after, they responded and offered to refer me to the claims coordinator they use and did so same day. The following week, I dropped my car off to CCCC and collected the hire car. I was upset that my car was damaged because I'd taken good care of it, so it was especially appreciated to be greeted so warmly. I asked them to take good care of my baby, and a few minutes later as I was familiarising myself with the hire car, one of the guys was out checking the damage and photographing it, saying "I hear this is your baby!". We looked through it together and he explained what would likely be needed. He also noticed another scuff that must have been from someone in a car park. I felt really confident that my car would be looked after. The claims company updated me with texts, but it was the lovely Lisa from CCCC who really kept in touch telling me what had been done and updating the timeline. It was slightly delayed due to needing an exhaust and by them discovering a shady wheel place had left me without one wheel nut which needed to be replaced. Still, it was all done in a week! And I was very relieved to know that had I not been free to collect it, they could have delivered. The outcome? Fantastic. The same guy showed me what they had done and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. They seem to genuinely care about providing good service and making everything as good as new. They even gave the scuff he'd noticed a polish! And the people saying their car was immaculate weren't exaggerating. I bought this used and it was far better presented this time. Like new, and valeted. It cleaned away the memories of that bad driver. I'm so grateful to them for being so personable and for making a bad situation far less traumatic. I have my baby back and all is well, thanks to their care and attention. Highly recommend.
Repair looks to be to a very good standard and as far as I can tell the colour match is very good. Car was handed back fully valleted and as good as new. Lisa was very helpful and kept me regularly updated. Would recommend.

Amazing service all round! After having a lot of issues going through my insurance repair shop, I went through Audi Accident Repair who assigned me City Centre Car Care. Communication was fantastic and the driver who came to collect and drop off the car was fab! The car looks as good as new and I would 100% recommend City Centre Car Repair.
City Centre Car Care were brilliant from the initial contact, collection, repair and returning my Jaguar to my home after my car was hit while stationary by another driver. The front of my car was damaged which required new panels, grill and bonnet repairs and paint spray. I also asked for additional paint chip repairs which I paid for separately. They dealt with the other drivers insurance company directly. When I received my car back the repairs were fantastic as was the repairs to my paint chips. I could not see where the repairs had been done as my car looked like new. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of my car. I would highly recommend City Centre Car Care in Solihull to anybody and I would certainly use them again if the need arises. Thank you to everyone involved, a brilliant service from start to finish.
