I asked for blinds to completely blackout my bedroom, I had cassette blinds in my old house and that's what I wanted..... This is what I got photos below and when I complained and said they are not what I asked for I was told they were not faulty so no refund would be issued..... They are defo faulty as there is an inch gap either side of the window letting in light .... Poor, rude service dealing with unhappy customer. Avoid at all cost guys, waste of money, not what I asked for at all, I will be taking this matter further

Had no issues with bedroom blinds. Living room blinds were too short and installers left without telling me they’d made a hole in my flooring which has been down only a few weeks.

Absolutely delighted with the service. Small issue with my blind but the issue dealt with very quickly and very pleased with outcome. Would very highly recommend to anybody.
