An absolute disgrace, DONT BOTHER WITH THE ON LINE CHAT, ITS LIKE TALKING TO A FRIDGE AND I MAY AS WELL HAVE TYPED IN CHINESE. I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG NUMBER TO CALL, WHEN I CAME BACK TO THE BS LAW SITE I TRIED A SIMPLE QUESTION (HOW CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT) THE REPLY WAS "WE CANNOT DIRECT YOU......" I SAID THE MATTER WAS A PRIVATE, NOT PUBLIC MATTER AND THE REPLY WAS TO SEND ME A LINK WITH AN EMAIL ADD!!! I THEN TRIED TO CALL AND HAD TO LISTEN TO A LOAD OF WAFFLE FOR 3 MINS BEFORE WAITING AGES FOR AN ANSWER BY WHICH TIME I HUNG UP. I WORKED IT OUT THAT I COULD HAVE WALKED TO THE OFFICE AND BACK BY THIS TIME. ALL I WANTED WAS AN ANSWER TO A SIMPLE QUESTION. AS FAR AS I AM AWARE THESE PEOPLE OFFER THEIR TIME FOR FREE AND I AM SURE THEY DO THEIR BEST AND I DONT WANT TO GET PERSONAL WHICH IS WHY I WONT DISPLAY THE NAME BUT THIS WAS BORDERING ON STUPIDITY .
