We like CitiRental. We like the service. We like their cars. We have been dealing with them for years. They never once let us down. We have tried other big name rental companies who are big on excuses and short on service. Our suggestion - is reject the rest.  Go for the best. Rebecca Kahn  Admin Manager.

CitiRental is OK. We use them all the time. Good service. Good prices. Good location. We used to rent from the 'majors', but there you are, just a number. At CitiRental, they know how to treat their customers. During COVID they developed special no-contact systems which were great. We recommend CitiRental

If its customer service you're looking for, then don't even think of entertaining these clowns. I was desperate one Saturday when Enterprise neglected to tell me there was a £300 deposit I needed to pay on top of the van hire, which I couldn't afford but couldn't move without a van. After a quick Google search I'm ashamed to say I booked a van with this sorry excuse for a company. After taking £49.95 from me, they then emailed to say I needed to pay "[2] Credit / Debit Card - Damage pre-payment: £350.00". I physically didn't have this, so 10 minutes after making the booking online, I called them. The person I spoke with said he couldn't cancel my boking over the phone, and I needed to do it through the website, which I did and received an invoice showing the £49.95 I had initially paid was staying with them, as I had "cancelled within 24hrs of agreed pick up time".  I've lost count of the amount of emails I have sent them, with only one reply from REBECCA three months later saying "Did you not receive the attached invoice? Yes of course I did REBECCA. I'm all for businesses making money, but when they refuse to refund a booking on a technicality? It's now been 1 year and my requests asking for a number I can complain to have fallen on blocked ears.  Scam artists, no concern for their customers, please please PLEASE go somewhere else, I'd hate for the same thing that happened to me, happen to someone else.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ABOUT CITIRENTAL? THE RENTAL AGENTS ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL. CARS AND VANS ARE TOP-NOTCH. THE COLLECTION AND RETURN SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. OF COURSE, YOU CAN RENT FROM OTHER COMPANIES AT DOUBLE THE PRICE AND HALF THE SERVICE - THAT'S WHY I CHOOSE CITIRENTAL EVERY TIME IN NEED A CAR OR VAN.

IN OUR OPINION CITIRENTAL IS A RENTAL COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. GOOD SERVICE COUPLED WITH GOOD PRICES NOT TO MENTION GOOD CARS. THE COMPANY IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO SWISS COTTAGE ODEON CINEMA SO ITS EASY TO GET TO . THEY DESERVE FIVE STARS.

CITIRENTAL IN SWISS COTTAGE IS A FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT RENTAL COMPANY. WE HAVE RENTED FROM LOTS OF COMPANIES BUT FIND CITIRENTAL IS THE BEST FOR ECONOMY, EFFICIENCY AND LOCATION. WE USE THEIR RAPID RENTAL SYSTEM, ENABLING US TO PICK UP AND RETURN CARS AND VANS WITH A MINIMUM OF FUSS. CITRENTAL IS A GOOD ALTERNATIVE TO PAYING MORE ELSEWHERE.

I rent a lot of vans for my business and have found that CitiRental have the best service coupled with the best process around. I live in East London but I find it's worthwhile to travel to Swiss Cottage to pick up a van. There are so many rubbish companies around, so it's really worthwhile in terms of price, value for money and service.

Don't use! We used it because of the low price that we saw. They kept £ 500 as deposit and when we returned the car in excellent condition they charged us for screen replacement. They are looking for ways to strip money out of you. DON'T USE! Please believe me, save yourself some money and rent from somewhere else. Also, very rude staff who are unreachable by phone, only to be contacted my mail!!  I have email proof of everything I am talking about! The customer is my dad!! How dare you!!!
