This Cineworld has been newly renovated.  Looks really good!  They have a Starbucks, Candy King and Baskin Robbins on premises. There are kiosks to pay or collect tickets. Cinema seats are roomy, clean and comfortable with sections for wheelchair and strollers.

Loved it, renovated a year ago, still amazing. 4DX and IMAX are amazing, I recommend them. Come here For An Amazing Experience!

Amazing new IMAX screen.  Used disabled access in a wheelchair.  Very easy.  Disabled seats are at the back of the auditorium via the lift to the 2nd floor

Very pleasant. Very clean. 4DX was great fun although would have been nice for somebody to show us to our seats rather than having to look through and figure it out ourselves! Would have also been nice for some pre warning about the seats and what they do, I loved it but the kids found it scary to start!!!!! We watched Mario and it was great!! X x

Great cinema, but don't understand the business concept, charge a relative fortune for a couple of seats and have eight people in the entire theatre or is there a possibility of making the cost more sensible and having it full , cheaper tickets = more customers = better atmosphere. But also the people that do come would buy the high priced food and drink = more profit. Seems simple to me. Reality is these days cinema for two with popcorn and drink is circa £45 that a chunk of money guys.

Nice and clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly. A worker named Chris recommended me a yummy icecream flavour because my usual almond & pistachio flavour was sold out.  Thanks guys    well-run place.

Love the new Imax cinema. Seats are so comfy and visual and sound quality are superb. Only downside with going to any cinema is the price of refreshments. However, there is a Starbucks in the foyer, which means you can enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate and cake.

I can't fault the staff... Always lovely at Cineworld.  The cinema is a bit badly run, as a company, hence the trouble they're in.  There's no magic to Cineworld. It's bland, corporate, digital... It'd be much better if it felt like you were having a nice experience at the cinema...  Vue play lots of old movies and Prince Charles Cinema in London plays movies like The Lord of the Rings trilogy or the Halloween movies back to back.  We don't live in an age where you have to go to a cinema or wait until 7pm for a TV show to come on.... There needs to be a pull to the cinema where it can offer an experience a mobile phone can't.  And start by not charging £12 a ticket and £15 for popcorn and drinks.

I like cineworld, kids adore the 4dx screen and we'll be sad to see it go. The seats are always clean and tidy too.  Would be a 5 star if they had ushers like other cinemas, a few times we've moved seats because someone is sat there chatting away... An usher to remind people to shut up would make it perfect

Cineworld is a really good cinema,it has multiple screens, it's spacious, reasonably priced and staff are very friendly and polite. There is a Starbucks coffee on site, disabled access, ample parking and it's free. There are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets around the immediate vicinity and also a travelodge hotel and a premier Inn. Highly recommend this cinema complex.
