If you’re a High Speed passenger, you’ll be impressed with the service from this station. Anyone else using the more traditional lines will have to suffer the usual mix of excuses and delays. Some of the staff are really helpful, whilst others are completely unhelpful jobsworths. Plenty of seating, and the platforms are well lit. The gents toilet closes fairly early of a nighttime, so be prepared for this.

Staff is always helpful. There may be a line for ticket collection for online tickets especially during the mornings. Rarely have delays and the trip into London on the highspeed is so easy.

I like the station it is one of the only things I like about modern Ashford but I do find some of the South Eastern staff on the platforms and at the barrier very rude in the way they speak to you I think they could do with a lesson in providing a good service and being friendly , but I must say the guys that are in the ticket office are very pleasant friendly and helpful .

Nice big station serving Ashford. Three train services operate here providing trains to multiple destinations around Kent. Trains and platforms are easy to find and get to, staff and helpful at getting where you need to be. The facilities are OK however I did find there was a lack of seating on one of the platforms. The station is definitely easily accessible with lifts to each platform.

Good frequent connections to London, 40 mins in high-speed to London St. Pancreas or just above 1 hour in semi-fast train to London Charing Cross. Very helpful staff in the station and platforms. Eurostar Trains are available to Paris, Brussels and Disneyland from here as well.
