Lovely atmosphere and the people working here go above and beyond! Don't be fooled by my seafood risotto, you're not supposed to put cheese on it!! It ruins the flavour : they also recommended me a lovely wine and gave me and my friend plenty of time to choose. They went the extra mile, made jokes and their friendliness is truly admirable. I will be back! Thank you so much for all your hospitality. Grazie!
First day in London for my family. Ciao Bella is a hidden gem at the corner of Palmers Road. Carbonara portion is generous n delicious. Pizza texture is just right. Milan the host, is friendly. Ambience is great. Glad we are here.
I truly wish I could give a better rating. But went here on Valentine’s Day and the service was a disaster. I never experienced anything like it. Although they were only taking reservations, I found myself waiting for over an hour before being served. When my order finally arrived, only half of it was served, prompting the waiter to inquire whether I still wished to receive the rest. To make matters worse, I observed that the table next to ours had been waiting for over two hours without being served, and the waiter had apparently forgotten about their order. Shockingly, he still wanted to charge them! They were forced to leave hungry and dissatisfied. Similarly, another table only had one of their two dishes served after waiting for more than an hour, and the dishes that arrived were not even the one they had ordered. Since the waiter noticed we befriended these couples, he offered me a complimentary dessert. When we asked for the bill, the waiter spoke poorly of the couple who had left without being served, blaming them for what had happen. The food itself was exceptional nonetheless, very authentic and delicious. The decor was also quite beautiful. In conclusion, while the quality and price of the food and the aesthetic appeal of the restaurant were commendable, the service was unacceptable. It is my sincere hope that the management will take measures to rectify these issues so that future customers can enjoy a better experience.
Such a beautiful restaurant with such lovely staff, so so friendly and welcoming. Food was phenomenal especially the pasta may i add the portions are amazing as well Will definitely be visiting again
We had a great time here! There are so many places where the arrabiata is just tomato pasta, BUT HERE was amazing! Spicy and tasty for a reasonable price! I really liked it! Out waiter was very nice and professionally payed attention to us. We definitely going back.
I can just say- not easy to found a good Italian restaurant as this is! All the staff is friendly and service is outstanding! Food is original and flavours are wow! Rich portion and a good selection of wine too! I felt at home!! The place is quiet lovely with a canal and park view!! couldn't ask for more. 110/100!!! Complimenti chef Giuseppe and Mysha!!
Stopped by for Lunch as the reviews were good and I can see why! We had Bruschetta, mussels and calamari which were all delicious. For mains we enjoyed the whole Branzino which was superb, the skin was crispy and the meat itself was so soft and delicate. The pizza was great, although the tomato base was a little too sweet for us. Our server, who I imagine is also the manager, was great too, and did his best to make us comfortable. Will definitely be back when in the area!
I couldn't wait to go in this Italian restaurant. I went to this restaurant almost one month ago. What can I say, the food is amazing, portions are Italian one, so big. It was a quite lunch and I met the chef, Giuseppe kind person, he gave us some freshly baked bread home made, still warm to make the "scarpetta". He told me, I saw you from far you are Italian because you are waiting the bread for make 'scarpetta' and we had a laugh. I couldn't wait to come back again soon.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Pizza, Quattro Formaggi, was tasty and would recommend other pizzas too by look of them from other tables. My Aglio Olio could be more creamy and chefs took my feedback on board. Needs different recipe for Mojito or perhaps less soda, so if there is mixologist around, help them! Great restaurant with amazing sea side vibe, just by the canal.
I enjoyed it here. Friendly staff and nice Italian vibes. Lovely music on the background and the food is really tasty. Hope to go there again.
