I requested an urgent repeat medication  last Thursday. At midday today Wednesday GP had still not approved it after sending emails and telephone calls. On Monday morning I asked for  an appointment for my wife. Our GP had no appointments available this week and he is away next week! No alternative was offered.

Incredibly impressed with this practice.  We recently moved to the  area and the level of care from GP's has been amazing. Everyone has been helpful and professional and very proactive. A huge thank you to a brilliant team

All the staff at the Wantage Church Street practice,  the receptionists, back office staff, nurses and Doctors are all super helpful and genuinely care, despite their punishing workload.  I highly recommend this surgery if you live locally. The ability to message one's GP is the last missing link in what otherwise is an outstanding surgery.

Doctors are fantastic, shame about the receptionists who have no customer care skills.

I am afraid there is absolutely nothing to praise about this practice. The system to book consultations is down, the waiting time over the phone is massive, and doctors assess you over the phone and they don't see you unless you're basically dying. So this is a perfect example of how bad the health system is in this country. No wonder the life expectancy in the UK is much lower than other European countries, I am pretty sure NHS is a great part of the problem. Some of the GPs not all of them are reasonably good, same for the nurses, some of them are good, but some others should be definitely avoided.

It's absolutely awful that a man's health should be put at risk because the GPs are refusing to see people! Never come across such a sham!! The NHS give zero respect for patients anymore! God help you if my son ends up in hospital..  you should be investigated for medical neglect..

Bit of trouble getting through the phone lines ..but that is to be expected in a pandemic.. all staff trying there hardest : Mr Patel very good doctor..gave me a courtesy call back and was very thorough so don't always have to pop in but the phone consultations were brilliant! Thanks Mr Patel and team

I have to give a big thank you to church  street practice for been so helpful in sorting out my perception tonight as all the pharmacy’s  were out of stock and to save me going to the JR to pick it up .They contacted my local pharmacy and have ordered for me to pick up in the morning THANK YOU
