Great for natural dog treats. Huge selection. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Lots of plants indoor and outdoor and good advice from staff.

My husband and I can't recommend Charlton Garden Centre enough! We went into the garden centre in a panic just 4 weeks before our wedding and without any hesitation they were certain they could sort all our flowers for our big day. We gave them a few ideas of what we were looking for but left the creativity to them. Lucy was fantastic and got everything sorted for us and all for a very pocket friendly price. We even turned up 2 days before our wedding to ask to add a further bouquet to our order to give to our venue and they were more than happy to help - we gave them creative freedom and the bouquet was beautiful. As you can see from the photos all of our wedding flowers were so beautiful and we were complimented all day. The staff were friendly, helpful and really listened to us.

I purchased a Kettler 6-seater table and chairs online. After placing the order I was contacted to say that there would be delivery charge as I wasn't local - these amounted to a costly £80.  Although  the website advertised that delivery was free of charge locally, it didn't stipulate what the charges would be if not local and neither did the website add on any charges when the online purchase was made and my address entered. At first the Manager said they would pay something towards the delivery but when I mentioned that I had found the same table elsewhere for the same cost and free delivery they agreed to price-match. I have to express that throughout the conversations the staff that I spoke to were all very amicable and called back when they said - a rarity these days!  The service, although online, felt very personal 10/10!  The delivery went as clockwork. Upon inspection of the table and chairs we noticed a couple of minor issues but ones that may present a bigger problem further down the line small areas of what looks like bubbling paint - could also be uneven metal underneath the paint work - not sure. I contacted the customer service again and arrangements were immediately made for a replacement via Kettler direct. Despite the rocky start, I would not hesitate in ordering from this garden centre again, the service was polite, professional and personal - well done to all concerned!

Charming place, tucked away on the Charlton road. Never had a problem with parking. It's all as you would expect for a garden centre. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Competitively prices next to other Garden Centers. It has always been a pleasant walk around.

The flowers they did for my Mum's Funeral were absolutely beautiful. Good value for money too. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve been taking my puppy to the puppy parties on a Saturday morning. The staff are fantastic really knowledgeable and really friendly, I’ve been able to get all my puppy supplies there including natures menu raw food and there’s a huge selection of treats, bowls, Leads etc all at really competitive prices. Definitely recommend shopping local.

Great place for garden needs. A big selection of ceramic pots. I have been going here for several years for my allotment seeds and never been disappointed.

Every time I order flowers from here they arrive even more beautiful than the picture! They were left at the door in a bucket of water as my mum wasn’t home to receive them. Such excellent service! Thank you!

The newish florist in this garden center is wounderful. Had a Christmas Bouquet made up for mom, it was soo beautiful. She broke the followers up there was so many of them.  It was busy due to it being Christmas and all but we had Great service.  This is the best garden center around. Always grate value, and good selections of plants, trees and seeds.  Really good in spring when your looking for seed potatoes and baby veg.
