We booked a party for our daughters Birthday here and cannot recommend it enough. Lovely soft play very visible so the children can be seen most of the time. Very committed staff, very clean, lovely party food and lots of it! The children had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed when they used ribbons and cheerleading Pom poms to dance around the room before food! Such a fabulous stress free party and we can’t thank the team enough.

A really lovely place to visit. The food menu is undergoing a change and there are some lovely choices. All the food purchased on our visit was totally excellent. One remark was "it's a shame I have to bring the kid here to eat!". See the pictures. There is a clear aim to produce fresh, quality food. The drinks selection and coffee is good selection,price and quality. The play facilities are good. We only used the under 2's area but it was well provisioned with plenty of equipment. The staff are warm and friendly. I'm not sure how some of the other reviews on here can be about the same place. The café was very popular and there is plenty of space for all. There are lovely views of the river and Belper River Gardens from the windows. A lovely run business that I'm certain I'll return to again.

Yes the kids will always have a great time. Kids love soft play, especially when joined by friends. However for the adults its pricey and not the best in the area. The staff and especially the owner are extremely rude. I refused to go back after last time of receiving a dressing down at the desk for attempting to 'smuggle in food'. In reality it was my daughters medical kit containing her insulin!! He couldn't even say sorry when it was explained. We were recently invited to a birthday party so returned. The party host was useless and when asked a question she returned with the owner who was just as rude as ever to the parents and his staff member too! The place was so so much better under the previous owners. We won't be bothering again! 😲

First time visiting chuckle butties and we absolutely loved it, perfect play area for our 15month old she loved the bigger bit too. The food was reasonably priced and was presented lovely. Highly recommend, perfect veiws, perfect play time and perfect food. Thank you chucklebutties we will see you again soon
