Have ordered from here before and enjoyed the food but placed a delivery order through their website which never arrived and I was never informed of.Food: 4/5

Absolutely disgusting customer service - items were missing from the order, I appreciate human error but what I did not expect was to be told that I am lying. After a conversation on the phone for close to 10 minutes all whilst the rest of the food goes cold I was told that they will send the missing item out but will have to wait 45 minutes, pointless as the rest of the food would be flat cold . As we've ordered from here numerous times I had expected better, after the phone call I had earlier though I will not be ordering from here again.

Great experience. My orders were taken easily and the food brought out fairly quick. Hot and exactly as we ordered. Top marks to Cameron for all did to make our meal a good experience.  Vegetarian options: They were meatless  Parking: It's there

I have ordered here around 5/6 times and it has been so mixed. I always order salt and pepper chicken and chips with curry sauce and it is GOOD. 8/10. HOWEVER they are let down by their speediness/delivery/sometimes arrives cold. 2 or 3 times I’ve had to push on JustEat to find out where we’re at and it’s suddenly gone out for delivery but it usually arrives 15/20 minutes later but cold. Perhaps they send out too many orders with the driver, or they don’t time things well. But I like the food so it’s hard to stop going even though I’m let down almost half the time

The food was fine, but the attitude of the delivery driver left a lot to be desired. Arrogant, insulting and seriously lacks any shred of customer service. In between his tirade about me being deaf which I am not0 and having to wait for me to come down from my hotel room, his manner didn't endear me to this takeaway I ordered by JustEast. Being a business owner myself, had a member of my team spoken to a client in that manner, they would have been dismissed. Perhaps his employer should take a leaf out of my companies book! I usually enjoy ordering food via JustEast, but Chopsticks is now on my blocked list and I am a regular business traveller to Leeds.

Absolutely, categorically shocking. Ordered staple dishes that any Chinese should be able to produce at a minimum, basic level quality and even that they managed to screw up. Bland, tasteless food that sits horribly when you take a bite. It's like eating already chewed food. Threw about 80% away since it was just inedible.

Usually I love Chinese takeaway but this I didn't enjoy at all.  The vegetables used were very limited mainly just budget onion and carrot.  The prawns were rubbery. Worst of all the sauces kungo po and schezuan were gloopy and artificial taste and texture.  The prawn crackers had an edge of staleness to them and was a tiny bag for £2.50.  The whole meal was £30 for 2 no starters and for that price could have done much better elsewhere.  Delivery was 15 minutes after the end of the time slot Friday night.

We ordered some “food” from here. Absolutely disgusting, it was like something you warm up after 5 days. No taste, the meat was stale and did not feel right to eat so we binned the all before a potential food poisoning.

Have been eating from here for over 10 years - it has until recently been consistently great food, but alas of late I have to agree with the comments here. It's lost its touch and obviously the chef that knows how to cook and moderate the amount of salt they throw into everything. Very hit and miss whether you get a good meal these days.

I love their Singapore vermicelli,although at times it's a bit dry and not seasoned enough for me,but still better then from anywhere in BeestonFood: 4/5
