We absolutely love the food at this place but for a second time we have been really disappointed with the service. We ordered for 4 people via the website and were told it would take about 45 to 60 minutes for it to arrive. After 1 hour and 20 minutes it still hadn't arrived so I rang the place and was told by the delivery guy that the chef wasn't there, but he would check about our order. He rang back saying something about a gas leak which had prevented the cheff from cooking the order so we couldn't get our food. The story sounded completely made up, clearly they messed up our order, and it wasn't clear at all how we'd get back our money. They are very disorganised and just don't care about providing good service so we won't be ordering online with them again. The food is good but not good enough for it to be so unreliable.
I like the food there. As a Thai, I think the food here tastes good. The quantity and the quality of the food are reasonable. However, the opening time of the shop change quite often. Sometimes they open, sometimes they close. Still the food is good :
