Run down building containing what seems disinterested staff and tired facilities Recently both my Wife and Daughter attended appointments there and both became ill - whether this was due to the treatment etc. I'm not sure My daughter passed out in the practice and the equipment "used" with her care did not work (O2 bottle failed for example) BUT...... To be fair to the practice they were and have been very attentive to them following up on recovery and care levels to see if they were okay. So I've reviewed at three stars to be as honest with them as possible

Absolutely awful place. It's beyond me why you would work as a receptionist if you don't like dealing with the public. Grumpy, unhelpful, unsympathetic and unaccommodating staff. Extremely unprofessional. I couldn't recommend a place any less ....

Bit busy but the dentist I use is excellent no parking on site but it's possible to park in Burley road usually

I found the staff to be extremely rude and unsympathetic ,that was 3 years ago am so pleased I found a new dentist

Grim. Abrupt and judgemental reception staff, disorganised and unkept air about the staff and the building - which felt like you'd just walked into someone's front room and was being barked at through the serving hatch by some grumpy women. After I was harshly handed a form to complete I took a right turn into what looked like a scene Beetlejuice (80's movie) - I asked how late they expected my appointment to be having been told they were behind and I heard them all whispering and giggling and they came up with some random made up response of 'about ten minutes'. I made it clear that I had another appointment to keep, namely work, and they tried to assure me it would nonmore than fifteen minutes. I saw the list with names on, including mine and the delay scribbled next to it was 45minutes plus! Then I overheard another patient talking about her delay being an hour... I had no intention of staying after the initial experience I have described but that was that, I dumped the form back on the serving hatch and walked out. This was my first and my last visit.
