It's my third time here. Every time it's gotten worse. They are overpriced for what they have. You could easily eat at a higher end restaurant for the same price, and you could have nicer food. They are consistently slow with their service - every time we've waited at least 45 minutes for drinks, and easily over one hour for food. The food itself is disappointing at best and on the verge of going off at worst - prawn jambalaya smelled off, prawns were burnt black. Some of the staff are nice: a few of them came to check up on us a couple of times, they were helpful with most of our inquiries. However, the final stroke was today: we brought a friend here for his birthday, and they brought the cake with about 10 napkins and one knife, and that's it. We had to ask for spoons which we were begrudgingly given, but were denied plates, the waitress saying they had "run out". Yes. Ran out of plates. In a restaurant. We ate cake off a napkin, in a restaurant. We were lucky to have gotten spoons. TL;DR - food is disappointing, prices are high, service is very, very slow even for drinks.

We were shown to table rather rudely, without being given a menu or being asked what drinks we wanted to order. We were waiting for 45 minutes for the waiter to take our drinks order (we thought), but he immediately tried to take our food order, even though we hadn’t got our drinks! The drinks took a little over half an hour to be brought to us and the food took even longer. When the food came out it was cold and rather disappointing. It then felt like an hour to even get the bill. One waiter did ask me if I was OK, but I was very annoyed and asked why everything was so delayed, to which he replied with “New menu”. In the end, we left the cash (very pricey) and walked out. Probably the worst service we have ever received. Definitely won’t be coming here again!

Nice food but the portions could be bigger compared to the prices.

Perfectly acceptable chain Mexican restaurant. The service was quick and friendly.

Always love it here and I only go to this chiquito as staff and food never let me down. Brilliant
