We had a lovely meal and experience at Chiquitos in the Printworks, Manchester. The restaurant wasn't too busy and was very inviting. We were warmly greeted by our server and shown to our table. The food was absolutely amazing and we thoroughly recommend the burritos and fajitas. The portions are huge and so flavoursome and if you love spice definitely ask for the habanero sauce! As mentioned earlier, our server was so friendly and attentive and it was only when he asked what are plans were for the rest of the day that we found out the gig we had gone to see, hence our stay in Manchester, was cancelled! I'm so glad he told us as we were unaware and would have rocked up at the ao arena to a closed venue! We thoroughly recommend Chiquitos in the printworks.
Great food and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend!Food: 4/5
We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and seated at a nice booth. Nicola was very attentive and we soon had drinks and starters. The restaurant was really busy but we never felt rushed, the service from Nicola was excellent. A great birthday treat for my son and my family.Food: 5/5
Had the most amazing dining experience thanks to Roxanne. She was extremely bubbly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious, piping hot and very well presented. It was really busy as well but we didn't wait any time for our drinks or food. We came here on a whim as we were flying from Manchester the next day and very glad we did. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Roxanne!
Really nice food, not many vegetarian options and the place is a bit dirtier than expectedFood: 5/5
When I first arrived I was greeted by a very friendly, helpful and attentive waitress who quickly seated us amd gave us a good table. The waitress Nicola I think her name was was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of my questions. The food was really tasty and came out of the kitchen pipping hot better than it being lukewarm. I couldn't fault the food, the quality was very good and it was bursting with flavour! A nice little extra was that one staff member started handing out Sombrero's which was fun to wear while eating. Service was very quick and we didn't have to wait long for anything. I like the decor here too and would most probably return if I'm ever nearby and hungry.
The food was really good, arrived at a perfect temperature to dig in and was the perfect portion size. The atmosphere was a little quiet but for me that was great as then I could really enjoy the surroundings and the company. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I have gone back multiple times and it has never failed me. Vegetarian options: Very tasty options and they have a section to build your own with vegetarian options so if you don't fancy the set menu items there's always another option. My favourite thing to order is the bean chilli tacos or the bean chilli burrito.
There’s something about this place that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back home in a matter of seconds. The food aromas, the cosy interiors or the warm smiles from the servers or a combination of all the above. No reservations were needed. The portions were massive. Food price for food. We wanted to order desert but were too full. The nachos sharer was extremely delicious and quite mild. The fajita was sizzling hot. The drinks were to the point for the heatwave- a good call since we were scared to dine in
The service could have been better from start to finish and there was a few times we had to repeat what’s we had requested for our table. We had to flag down a waiter for our bill to which she answered “one moment” but then seen her dealing with other tables and forgot about us then we asked the waiter which was serving us instead which was handed to us promptly. The food was ok but we loved the halloumi sticks, and the nachos needed a little more toppings. There needs to be new dishes introduced!
Unbelievably busy which is to be expected with football and events going on but it didn't make it any less of an experience. Staff were absolutely brilliant ran like clockwork. The food and drink was swiftly brought out we didn't wait for anything it was all red hot high quality food. Habenero prawns was probably the best dish I've had all year. Will definitely be returning in the near future.
