Food was tasty, steak was excellent. The service can sometimes be a little hit or miss. We have had to wait for drinks, dishes once ordered, despite not being very busy. However other times service has been excellent.
Decent place but it's way overpriced for the quality of food. Servers were efficient, friendly and helpful. For a group of 4 the bill came to £80 so be sure to use any discounts you can find online! 25% student discount is good though. Specialty drinks were good and I'd recommend the Agua Fresca mocktail; they are the same price as soft drinks ~£3 but way better soft drinks were flat and flavourless, mocktails tasted great. Mains were tasty overall, but some dishes are hit or miss. Cheaper fajitas were nowhere near as good as the more expensive ones £18 steak one was much better than £10 chicken one. Naked burrito bowl was pretty good but lukewarm. Vegetarian options are okay; it's either beans, roast vegetables or halloumi as your protein. They can cater to vegans but I didn't see any vegan labelling on the menu so ask your server. Desserts were good but expensive once again. We had the cheesecake, chocolate orange cake and popcorn brownie. All of them were super tasty and indulgent, but the ~£5 price tags are much too high for the portion sizes and quality.
Nice place to go for vegan/vegetarian options Me and my husband had a very lovely lunch there on Sunday, those cassava fries are awesome and the vegetarian fajita as well I would’ve given more stars but the waiter forgot to put my main on the tab so we had to share my husbands food first until my meal arrived also plus they said sweet potato fries comes along with my main however we’ve been charged for!
Went today early lunchtime, quite. Place was very clean. Service very good. I had pork belly with chilli beef fabulous
The waiter we had was absolutely amazing, sadly that's the only good thing I have to say about this Chiquitos. There were 4 of us for a meal and the bill was £100. I don't mind paying for good food, but, the food was average at best. The chimichanga had only piece of meat in it which is really bad considering that I ordered half and half beef and pork! I have included a picture of this. The starters were pretty decent, but not one of the main meals were enjoyed. The meals turned up at separate times, and the was 15 minutes between the first dish arriving and the last one arriving. We have never dined at a Chiquitos restaurant before and based on this experience will never dine in one again!
Ordered from here via Deliveroo. Got the enchiladas, jambalaya, and the fully loaded nachos. Enchiladas and jambalaya were good. The nachos came with no guacamole, salsa, or sour cream - just a lazy smattering of cheese and pico. £11 for garbage nachos that could be made in the microwave is a rip off.
Food was great and drinks too! Staff were excellent. Really enjoyed our visit.
Slow service and the food is just rubbish, cold and zero taste. Definitely not going back

The waiter was lovely. He was efficient, polite and friendly. We had nachos to start which could have done with more cheese but otherwise really nice. I had veggie fajitas for main which were great... Awesome amount and really tasty! All round would definitely go again
