I love this dental practice. I think it is a really happy and friendly place to be. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. I always look forward to going. Dentists are very professional and caring and so patient especially with my hearing!! Great practice. I highly recommend and look forward to being a patient for many years to come.
This is a really good practice. Sally the dentist is great, so is Abigail. The nurses are really lovely and all do a brilliant job from the second you walk in the door right up until you leave. Friendly and welcoming which is what you need at the dentist because no one actually enjoys going to see them. Can be difficult to get an appointment since covid but this is understandable given the circumstances, but have always been offered advice and guidance even if I can’t get an appointment straight away. Thank you for your help. Keep up the good work! We are lucky to have NHS care providers like you.
Appalling dentist practice! I've not had a check up since before Covid started - any attempts have been cancelled. My husband needed treatment but has been cancelled each time, so is planning to go private elsewhere. I tried to phone for a check-up, but the practice was close Wednesday, 5th October at 13.50 so I looked online, and it said no online bookings available. Presumably, it's so rubbish, it is been closed down?
What a lovely experience it was going to the dentist. I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. Special shout out to Amy, thank you for all your hard work.
If you ring the surgery you go through the usual recorded messages and then are told you are in a queue at position 3. After 17.5 minutes exactly, having “reached” position 1, you are bumped off the system and invited to leave a message, which will never be answered, just like your phone call. Shocking way to run a healthcare service!
Exactly the same thing has happened to me this morning as Christine’s experience. I rang the Practice and stayed in the queue for just over 17 minutes before a recorded message told me to try later! I have left 2 telephone messages in the last fortnight giving both my mobile and home phone numbers and no one has returned my calls. I have also written an email and completed the Contact Form on the website but THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!
This practice was good before lockdown but the recent experience of myself and my husband has been of repeated last minute cancellation of appointments and great difficulty in getting through to the practice on the phone.
No answer to calls, and no call back from messages left. Last call today 12 Oct 22 waited 19mins and told que position 1 then was disconnected. Immediately called back and was in position 5. Been trying to get broken tooth fixed for 2 month's!!!
Welcoming reception team. Lovely dental nurses - dentist always very professional and thorough! Thank you for staying working and battling through the endless nhs crisis!
This is the worse dentist we have ever been registered with. They have now yet again cancelled our family appointment for the 6th time in the last 3 years, time for a change I think before our teeth are Beyond repair.
