Paid £65 for an extraction that she couldn’t do. Off the bat the dentist said that I need to be referred to a specialist clinic when all I needed was a simple extraction that I’ve done before ‘3 times to be exact’ . This practice is operating a scam that makes u pay for a consultation and procedure that will never happen, they make u believe that they will do what u paid for just to end up being referred to a SPECIALIST CLINIC and costing u more money. Future patient please pay the 120 odd at a nice clinic. Rather that 65 for nothing.
This dentist gave me an infection and genuinely has made my fear worsen for dental practices. Only since moving i have realised this place didn’t care for patients and other practices exist who care and don’t just want money. Please think twice before going up them dodgy stairs to see a dentist who makes you want 3x your appointment time…
I have been going to this dentist since I was 16 years old, I am now nearly 22 and it's only after going to a private dentist I realise how absolutely terrible this dentist is. An absolute rude and miserable excuse for a dentist. Always rude and actively tried to make me feel terrible for my teeth, even when I was younger and not paying for treatment. The reason I stopped going to this dentist is because I have a friend who's nan used to work for this dentist as a receptionist. She recalled to me how he used to treat all his patients I'm the same manner whilst she was there and Allegedly, this is the main reason I stopped going he used bottles of mouth wash that was 9 months out of date and when she mentioned this to him he brushed it off like it was nothing. Absolutely vile and disgusting, don't ever give this man your business, even if it means traveling a little further to someone that actually takes pride In their job.
Rude, unprofessional and has made dental care agonising for me. He couldn't do my root canal and so referred me somewhere else and couldn't afford the cost which would have cost me over £700. When I called him back, it took ages for them to return my call and his general attitude was..... 'well some people can't afford basic dental care?!' Not sure what his actual point was. The dentist has a very judgemental and condescending approach, completely off putting. Furthermore, his service is rubbish. He did give some good advice about which type of flossing brushes to get! My daughter was traumatised by her 1st appointment - the place is uninviting, outdated and the only positive was one of the receptionists who was friendly and reassuring. She has since left. The new reception sadly is blasé, slow and not helpful. Would not recommended this place to anyone.
An absolute joke. I took my son here for his first ever dentist appointment, something that you think a dentist would be used to and who would try their best to make it a positive experience... It was awful. My son was understandably nervous and is only 2 so has limited understanding of what was happening. When he cried, the dentist just sent the receptionist to tell me that "he's too young for the dentist". I can't believe that a dentist doesn't know how to deal with an anxious child. It also makes me feel extremely concerned about how this dentist would handle older non verbal patients. Would be send them away too? I really wish I had read the previous reviews before coming here as I'm now worried that this experience will make my son terrified of the dentist.
I attended this dental practice with my daughter for her first check up, my daughter was a bit anxious and we had to wait an hour. When we eventually saw the dentist I expected an apology or explanation which I didn’t get so I commented on the waiting time, the very rude dentist stated I should go somewhere else. I had previous experience with him before but tolerated it and it was convenient. I should not have to put up with a dentist who is patronising, ill mannered, rude and has poor customer care, I had to explain to my daughter that not all dentist are like that. Don’t go to this dentist you will regret it.
My appointment was 9:00am. I called to confirm they said it was fine for me to be there for 9:15. I got there waited 5minutes and I was in. The dentist himself, done a great job filling in a tooth and giving me advice, not only on the next stages for a referral, to get my wisdom teeth removed, but also provided a well timed tutorial on how to look after my teeth and gums all whilst cleaning my teeth. The supporting nurse was fine and didn't allow any pieces to uncomfortably drop to the back of my throat from the filling which is something I dont like when I'm at the dentist, because I'd usually have to awkwardly balance the metal pieces without swallowing them. The equipment is obviously not fancy, but seems to be enough to get what you need done and he seems very experienced with his tools, the injection again, no pain, I've had dentists hit nerves before and he did not do that. The tooth he was filling in I've had dentist not numb the tooth properly and hit sensitive places on the tooth, he did not do that. Great definitely recommended for the family at a good price.
Very rude and unprofessional service. My son got sick i couldn't go for appointment so I call them. They said I cant cancel it cause I didnt told them before 24h,so my son was not ill before that. As well because I can't attend to my appointment I cant get another one.. I dont know what kind and rules they have but my best advice if u have choice don't choose this dental practice.
Dentist was extremely friendly although the nurse was very slow with appointments and organising paperwork. Otherwise lovely small NHS practice, they don't have a rage of machinery that a private has but it's great for minor dental issues.
Horrible dentist. Wouldn't recommend this dentist. He couldn"t fix my tooth and referred me to private dentist then they qoute me £700. Really!!!!!!!!!! £700 for tiny tooth? finally another NHS dentist in Leyton did the same job only for £25 and always he does unnaccesary things on your tooth and charges you extra. I won't go back to this horrible dentist and won't recommend it.
