Went to this shop this morning. At the cashier,my shopping was worth £6.50, and wanted to pay card, the guy on the till told me' you have been here so many times and you don't know the minimum???' I thought he was the manager!!! If am the manager, am gonna sack this guy right away. He is putting off the customers away. He is very rude and have poor customer attitude!!! Stay away from this shop.!
I really enjoy shopping here. They have a whole aisle of instant noodles! Great variety of sauces, condiments and frozen foods too. Staff are friendly and helpful Oh, and there's free parking just outside.
Great range of Asian food products.
Great selection of Asian foods and parking available so I can fill my boot with all my favourites. Only thing I can't find is Sour Plum Candy sweets. Miss them.
Great for all Asian products. Prices what you would expect. Have some fresh, hard to get produce, woks. Spices & preserves. Can spend hours in there
The best oriental shop that I have ever been in UK, given my experience with many Chinese/oriental markets in London. They have great selection of all Asian foods and stuffs - not just Chinese ones. They even have loads of Indian spices and prices are very reasonable.
My first time visiting: I got what I went there for and many other items too. The layout took some getting my head around, but this is probably because my experience with ingredients from the Far East is limited. The people were friendly. Good location in terms of having nearby car parking. The prices seemed good too.
Stocks just about everything. I wanted amchur, couldn't get it anywhere else. An absolute alladdins cave of ingredients.
the owners seem to be happy and friendly
Staffs both a man and a lady aren't very friendly at all and a bit rude as many items has no price tags on them so we have to keep asking and they are obviously unhappy to help! We've been shopping there for few years and it never improved so we didn't go anymore. The Asian supermarkets on burgess Road are much better.
