Food is decent which is good for me as in fussy and its hard to find a really good Chinese restaurant these days. The service is always good and generally quite quick. Always get served with a smile and sometimes free crackers which is a bonus.Food: 3/5
Not good. A few FB reviews said that it was good. Perhaps these people had Covid and lost their taste. And it was late. Not like it was one dish either. The whole meal was very poor.
They must have changed cooks; food was soggy and tasted reheated. What a shame.
Worst Chinese my husband and I have had. Dry rice and chicken and do not do Cantonese chicken only beef with sweet and sour sauce on it. Instead we got chewy beef in onion gravy. Our order was awful and we certainly we will not be returning.
The worst takeway in east tilbury. I ordered a shrimp chowmein and they mix it with pork. I specifically said i want this with shrimp. So i went back and asked for a remake or the refund. They refuse to give me the refund and also refuse to remake my whole order. Instead of remaking they are having an argument with me. Such a bad attitude of the employee and the owner there. No remorse for making the wrong order and no apology. Avoid going there.
Only issue was the sweet and sour sauce tasted like it had a bit too much vinegar, however, only occurred this one time. But special chow mein was perfect as was the Sweet and sour sauce in the Hong Kong Style chicken.
Good food. Friendly people. If you ever see behind the shop I live on the road behind them they grow all their own fresh herbs in the garden which really makes a difference to the food.
Had meals from them before as my daughter lives near them. I rang to see if they would deliver to Old Corringham, which they did. Arrived hot and freshly cooked within the hour. Every dish was absolutely delish. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be ordering again

Ordered food tonight at 7.25 obviously understand it’s busy on a Saturday told it be 45 mins to 1hr 1 1/2 hours later still no food called and offered to collect but promised it was just coming out called again 2 hours into the order to be told driver was 5 mins away after 2 hrs called to be told it was just coming out ? So cancelled the order why they feel the need to lie is beyond me we offered to collect understand. They busy but choose to upset customers ? When we cancelled the order. They really not bothered def will not be using again
