Have been here a few times and love it! Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The service is excellent, even when busy we do not have to wait long. We do often book in advance but I would say you don't always have to. The food is brilliant, cooked fresh, hot and tasty. Have tried many dishes and still going back for more.

Whatever the children on the telephone tell you is the wait time for your order, triple it before turning up. When there are people waiting an hour _after_ their food was supposed to be ready, the kids are stil telling people on the phone half an hour. The food's also pretty weak.
