Went to collect food we ordered after being told would be 45 mins and were kept waiting another 10 minutes and was only warm. Ordered food tonight a few weeks later for delivery this time ,before i could pay the line went dead.Food turned up 45 mins later but no way of paying girl with order.Called the restaurant but line just kept ringing even though not busy i was told.Driver called owners mobile and still no answer at which i said my food was getting cold so i would pay later if someone would answer the phone.5 minutes later a knock at the door for my money.Delivery girl was nice,driver was no help,food was cold and not great and i wont be ordering from China Palace again,plenty other options,dont use them.

I ordered the food 720pm It said before placing order 45-60 mins for delivery, so by 805-820pm Then once I place it, it shown my food would be delivered 825pm. I rang the restaurant at 840pm and they told me it was on it's way. It still took another 23 mins. 1 hour 20mins is not good enough if I had been told how long it would be I wouldn't of placed the order. The food eventually arrived at 903pm So 1 hour 43 mins after placing order. I would like this matter looked at as this is not very good at all. This is the last time I'm using China Palace!! Just eat haven't bothered to do anything regarding my complaint!!

Food was stone cold on arrived I called back immediately and complained after spending £26 and expected my food to be hot! When I spoke to the gentleman he told me he didn't believe my dishes where cold so I then asked him why would I be calling up if this was the case?!He did not apologise, offer to cook it again or refund my money I then told him the temperature of all my dishes which were all below 4*C he then offered my £6 off my current dish and to keep my cold food! When I asked what I was meant to do with my cold dishes and told him i would be reporting this to the Bridgwater mercy he offered to cook it all again but wanted the old dishes back and it would be here in ten minutes. I accepted this when my second lot of dishes got to me (10 minutes later) they where only just hot at 15*C. I am outrage by the service I have received this evening! Thank you for the prawn that I never receive as well which are free when you spend £18+

Forgot why we stopped going.....now I know! Lol. Sweet n sour balls.....chewy and overcooked. Other dish had chilli but little flavour. Used to be great......not anymore. Definitely a money maker these days as opposed to quality good provider

I often get my take away from here and have had a couple of issues in the past with delivery and food being warm not hot but overall it's very tasty and having tried other Chinese take always in the Bridgwater area I fine personally it's my favourite.
