Used to order from here when I was a kid, the food used to be amazing. On impulse as I were driving past I thought I'd try it for the first time in a long time and I wish I didn't. I ordered king prawns in ok sauce and a box meal thing. First of all the smell, when I put the food in the car it was just outputting a horid smell which straight away put me off a little. When I got home and tried the food it felt like it had all been microwaved to get it hot, the king prawns in ok sauce tasted ok and the rice wasn't bad but everything else didn't seem to have any taste, salt and pepper chips and chicken was bland. The spare ribs was full of fat and gristle. Possibly the worst Chinese I've had in a long time, shame that I had such fond memories of this place. Not sure if it's changed hands or just gone down hill.
Dirty old food. Dirty kitchen, after seeing it I will not be ordering food from here again. Makes sense why I feel so unwell after their food. Everything tastes stale with a bunch of seasoning added to try and mask it out. If you care about your health then do not eat from here.Food: 1/5
Hospitalised with food poisoning from this place, DO NOT ORDER, the food wasn't cooked properly and the noodles were stiff. I ate rice and fried chicken and was still violently ill.
At last a great tasting meal in Wakefield without reaching for the water all night.Great ingredients at a price but the costs have one up everywhere.Menu massive selection.Food: 5/5
The new management are useless they don't listen can't take an order properly she's rude obnoxious and thinks she's always right I will never g back in order from them and the food is white don't go anywhere near as a chef m telling you not toFood: 1/5
Hate to give a bad review but this is hands down the worst takeaway food we've ever ordered. Salt and pepper chips were really stale and had been reheated. Not like any salt and pepper we've ever tried, not a bit of onion or pepper on sight, just a tonne of salt and a load of old dried chilli flakes. Seaweed was sopping with oil and burnt too! Lastly the main courses were really bland and runny, the only thing you could taste was an overuse of sugar. Won't be back, complete waste of money.
I live in Thorpe and I thought I’d try this .It was so basic, chips over cooked. Curry not nice . Cheap taste , tasteless. Won’t be using them again Step it up guys pls .
The food is okay I do enjoy the batter balls from here but this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous, if you want poor customer service and items missing from your order, go here! If you want to be waiting up to or more than 2 hours for your food go here! If you ask them to clean the dirty shrimp/prawns and they won’t, go here! Poo in the prawns a big no from me! No bean sprouts in the noodles plz! Noodles came with bean sprouts every time! Scammed out of a munchie box when my order was sent to the wrong address so they filled another box full of salt and pepper chips Free bottle of coke on orders over £35 never comes Ridiculous prices!!! Always raising them And to top it off… on just eat you a have no other option to pay for an extra side approx £3 when ordering some dishes

DISGUSTING. the curry sauce must of had a whole bottle of salt in it. Prawn crackers had no taste. The sweet and sour sauce tasted of an old grannies cheap perfume. Never ever again. Waste of £10.50p. I would rather cook and know what i am eating. People raved about this chinese restaurant i guess up north they are easily pleased. But where i am from i am more choosy and picky.. god knows what they serve for meat. I just hope it was in date. Soon find out.
