Well must say the manager patryk I think he was called was rude as anything. Cause I wanted mini fillet burger with original mayo. Opened it well had say half of bottle od mayo on my burger and allover my breadcake. The bread are just broke up and there was a dot of mould on the side. It was missing the lettuce too. It was also cold of the chicken fillet. No sorry no offer to a fresh one. I just said I have money back and I warned him I was doing this he said OK. As I was leaving the staff 3 of them laughing. Luckly I was rushing or I a would have exploded.
Got delivered raw chicken, I called the restaurant. Let them know that they have give me raw chicken and that my wife who has a weak stomach, was profusely vomiting her sandwich out of her stomach. The man on the phone said he doesn’t think it’s raw but refused to receive a photograph via email. So I reminded him that basic food standards is making sure your meat is cooked. And with no proof that your meat was raw, how are you going to do the checks and procedures necessary. He then lightened up in his small little brain and agreed for me to send a photograph, however he gave me an incorrect email that the email will not go through to, so enjoy this salmonella burger image !!!
Can't complain about the food. Usually hot and fresh. Tables are often messy and staff reluctant to clean tables or empty the bins when overflowing. Definitely feels like they can't be bothered. Went in today and music so loud it was like walking into a nightclub. Asked staff if they could turn it down. Reluctantly turned it down a little and asked if that was OK. I said no, buy they didn't turn it down any more, so I told them I was leaving and walked out. Staff honestly didn't care less. I don't usual leave negative reviews, but felt this needed mentioning. You don't generally want to shout over loud music at 3.30pm on a Monday afternoon.
Paid for large and I wouldn’t even say the chip portion was even a sufficient amount for small! Gravy small, chicken cold. Random things in individual bags rather than just the box. £15 wasted on this. There is no excuse for this many mistakes. Not the first time either so this is going to be our last purchase from KFC everFood: 1/5
There was no krushems available, I placed my order and realised after I'd eaten some that it wasn't what I'd actually ordered. The lady on the tills replied my order with the right one straight away and was very helpful. The food was hot and salad fresh. Would recommend.Food: 4/5
i had specifically ordered a ZINGER wrap with a hash brown & lettuce with no coleslaw. they managed to mess up my order not once but TWICE. Not only did my order have coleslaw in it when i specifically said no coleslaw & the second time, they gave me a fillet wrap instead of a zinger. i’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. staff were huffing & puffing when i raised my concerns. will not be coming again.
When we arrived, there were not many people. I was using a credit card, but they did have some issues with a terminal, so I went to a self-service machine to order some food. After ordering, I went to sit down, and we were waiting for at least 20 minutes. The more people arrived, so I went to the counter to ask about our order. Unfortunately, they forgot about it. After that, they quickly prepared our order. We were not happy about customer service, but the food was hot.
Such a disappointment of this kfc, this hasn’t happened to me once it’s happened more than once.My order has been wronged 2 times and still costed me more money on top.The service to customers is so bad because they make them wait such a long time and still serve them cold food.The workers are too slow but still get the order wrong how disappointing. I’d never suggest coming here which is such a shame.
Absolutely disgusted and disappointed that after several times of ordering a trilogy box meal and being able to exchange the zinger burger to a fillet burger due to not liking the spice my daughter has gone this evening and been told she couldn’t exchange it they weren’t allowed to do so once it has been paid for. I now have paid for a meal that won’t get eaten and wasn’t changed as my daughter didn’t want to question the girl at the counter. The amount of money they charge for these meals is extreme to receive so poor service just because a staff member couldn’t be bothered as she wanted to get home. They really should train their staff not to discuss their person-life at the drive through windows when serving customers.
I haven't been to KFC for a long time but my experience today wasn't good. We ordered the fillet meal and when it arrived the chips weren't chips they were more like wedges and they were stone cold and greasy I was going to complain at the time but my husband had a appointment for a CT scan and there was only two staff the meal cost 7.99 and to be honest It was overpriced and I won't be visiting KFC again
