Best chips in Bury. Very friendly & wonderful food. Once they know how you like your food they're brilliant. **Edit Alert** Had fish & chips last week & could only eat a tiny bit. Oily & greasy fish & chips cold & hard. Surprised as usually good quality food. A bad day perhaps?
The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. Ordered Beef curry, very little meat, no veg and the curry sauce was so thick, it was almost like cement, couldn't pour it but could be served in slices. Portion size is the same as any other Chinese chippy. Lovely people, very polite, but they are let down by the quality of there food.
Been going here for a while. But, will not be going her again after tonites offerings. Total waste of £12.90. You use to get 10 ribs. We got 6 scawney ones with a few greasy burnt onions The special fried rice only had 2 prawns and a few pieces of meat in it. Basically. We paid £13 for a plate of rice. We will not go back again.
We have been there a few times & always enjoyed it..... until tonight. Very disappointed tonight as we were told that they were very busy tonight. They told us that it would be an hour wait, which was fine because we knew they were busy, but we waited an hour and a half , it was cold, No apology and the food was just ok.... maybe try another Chinese.
Got recommended China city takeaway used it for the first time last night and I was amazed by the food top quality , very friendly when taking orders over the phone fantastic chef the food was absolutely beautiful it was that nice I rang for a second order on the same evening compliments all round highly recommend the only chinese to use for me I ordered beef chow mein dryand beef with green pepper in black bean sauce very mouth watering
Absolutely brilliant did not even go to look at my Van. I saw it on line and Barry put a full mot on and when I turned up to buy the van there was no pressure to buy . Respect to to company and staff
Awful. Came cold. Ordered the beef in Cantonese sauce, tasteless. Rice was awful. Avoid this place
Worst chiniese in bury and Manchester ordered from here and it was late arriving on delivery after being told it was only going to be 30 to 45 minutes it was more like 1 hour and 45 minutes had to ring up twice and ask where my order was and cold horrible and soggy when it arrived don't order from here doesent deserve 1 star or any rating horrible chippy
