The ladies working there were helpful and friendly. Serious shortage of dryers leaves you queuing for a dryer with stacks of wet laundry. Prices are a bit higher than I expected. It was 8 pounds for the largest washer, 6 pounds for the next size down, I think it was 4 pounds for the regular machines.  The dryer was a pound for ten minutes which wasn't too bad as they were super powerful and dried clothes really quickly.

Save your dignity. I agreed to paying £12 for dry cleaning my work jacket. Solvent would dissolve what detergent wouldn't. On collection, I asked why it's clean from outside but not from the inside? Attendant said because "i was filthy" and she "washed" the jacket herself. When I asked why did she wash it if I had requested dry cleaning? The staff accused me of being poor, unable to afford the £12 and that's why I am trying to find fault with her work. I asked to see the manager to discuss a resolution and that's when it became a live episode of Jeremy Kyle. Me and my brother were told to p*ss off and never show our faces again. They tried to keep my jacket ransom unless I paid the complete amount straight away. Owner wasn't available so I had to pay and left before the situation becomes a police incident. Maybe just a rogue employee? Although I doubt she would have shown that much aggression unless she knew her standing with the owner. Never going there again.

I have used here for washing and dry cleaning. Staff always friendly, good value and machines always clean. Quick turn around on dry cleaning service.

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff even helped me to use washing machine with massive blankets, very nominal charges. 5*
