Always a queue but staff are very knowledgeable and get through customers as quickly as possible, provides all the post office needs I have ever had.

Great little place, emphasis on the little. Has to serve all of Heaton from Chillingham Road and quickly buckles under pressure from students/ebayers/Amazon collectors (like me). Give them more staff and resources!

I always have my Amazon parcels dropped here, and lemme tell you that even if I'd get them days to even a week later, my parcels ar still as lovely and pristine condition as they should. The staff always greets you with a smile, very courteous, and your mail/parcel is always taken good care of.
